A separate program designed for easy entry, storage, and retrieval of local arrest warrant information is included. The warrant program provides users with the ability to:
- Identify people for whom arrest warrants have been issued;
- Identify individual offenses specified on the warrants;
- Tally the bonds listed for individual offenses—provide a total; and
- Compile a history of local warrant activity for any one individual.
The Jail Management program is a powerful tool for managing country jail and city lockup facilities. This product provides user tools for:
- Booking new prisoners, including links to the CRIMES Master Name File records;
- Managing prisoner property;
- Managing prisoner cell assignments;
- Managing distribution of prisoner medications;
- Tracking prisoner visitation;
- Court appearance management; and
- Prisoner charge and bond information.
The Investigation program is designed to aid investigations and investigative supervisors by providing a means to identify investigators assigned to specific cases. The program also aids users in tracking the progress investigators have achieved on different cases. The search tools currently included with this module allow users to:
- Locate all cases assigned to a particular investigator;
- Identify which investigators are assigned to a specific case;
- Locate the investigation record for any one specific case; and
- Assign priority statuses to cases.
The UCR Module accumulates all the information needed to complete an UCR Report and prints out a report ready for submission to the apropriate state agency.
A wireless software interface package provides full workstation functionality to patrol vehicle laptops. It includes all standard "MDT" functions as well as field reporting.
The Traffic Module is designed to automate the task of tabulating and organizing day-to-day traffic citations. Accident reporting is also included. In the future, this module will integrate with remote laptop versions and a Municipal Court Management module.
The Property Room Module is designed to automate the entry of different types of property for different purposes including evidence, recovered property, found property, property held for safekeeping, etc. The input screen is designed to ease recording property information through extensive use of pre-defined lists and a logical form design. This module is specifically designed to enhance the maintenance of chain-of-custody information for evidence. It is barcode capable.
