There is no registration fee for all the trainings, all participant are responsible for their own travel expenses.

*All particpants must submit a Candidate Information Form, Texas Course Applicant Summary, and Letter of Endorsement

**For Recertification classes please bring a copy of your Rolling Log indicating the four evaluations (including toxicology results, copies of face sheets for last four evaluations). Also, please bring your DRE bag.

***For Instructor Course please bring a current Curriculum Vitae and Rolling Log. The resume should be updated to include the most recent date of the class you plan to attend. Also remember to bring your DRE bag.
