- Complete and return this form to start the internship application process.
- Undergraduate Internship Student Agreement Form
- As part of the application process, you must complete and return this form, certifying that you understand the requirements and restrictions of the internship program.
- Graduate Internship Application
- Complete and return this form to start the internship application process.
- Request for Letter of Introduction
- This form requests the College of Criminal Justice to submit a letter of introduction on your behalf to the organization in which you wish to intern.
- Lautenberg Amendment
- This letter from Dr. Barrum briefly discusses the Lautenberg Amendment and how it may affect your internship or future career. You must sign and return this letter.
- Buckley Amendment
- This letter from Dr. Barrum explains the Buckley Amendment and how it applies to your privacy. If you decide to waive your rights under the Buckley Amendment, you should sign and return this form.
- And don't forget, you need an offical transcript and two passport photos.
Optional Forms
- Undergraduate Pre-Application
- Complete Pre-Application with the undergraduate admissions office during your junior year and return to the Internship Office. This step is not required, but it is highly advised.
