Brent Wilson

Biography:

Brent Wilson is a Sergeant with the Houston Police Department and has over 20 years of experience. Sergeant Wilson has spent a majority of his career in the patrol service and further believes that he brings a solid mixture of classroom knowledge as well as field experience to the subject of policing.

Sergeant Wilson is currently the Field Training Supervisor of HPD's training program of newly graduated cadets as well as a night shift street patrol supervisor. He is a recipient of the Houston Police Department's Lifesaving and Meritorious Service awards as well as being selected as the Houston Police Patrolmans Union Officer of the Month (Sept. 1992). Sergeant Wilson is also a TCLEOSE certified instructor.

Brent Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science as well as a Master of Science degree from Sam Houston State University, with his BS in Criminal Justice and his MS in Criminal Justice Leadership and Management.
