APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

To be considered for this year's CJ Virtual Summer Camp, an online and a mail-in portion are required.

The online portion (see below) should include the following items:

Completed Camper Application
300-500 word Camper Personal Statement

The mail-in application packet (download pdf) should include the following items:

Camp Application Checklist
Mature Content & Behavior Release Form
Photo/Video Release Form
Two letters of recommendation
Official Copy of High School Transcript

The camp will send a confirmation email when your mail-in application has been received.

CAMP DETAILS & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Come experience three days in the field of criminal justice! We have limited space, so don’t hesitate! Apply today!

The cost of this year's camp is $150 for the 3 day virtual camp.
Participants must be 15-18 years of age at the time of the designated camp session.
Online application portion must be submitted by May 21, 2021 at 11:59PM CST.
All mail-in application materials must be postmarked by May 21, 2021.
Notification letters will be mailed out by May 28, 2021.
Complete camp payment must be received no later than June 1, 2021.
No refund will be given if cancelation is within two weeks of designated camp session.

Once notified of camp acceptance, all fees ($150.00) must be received by June 1, 2021. Failure to pay by that date will result in the loss of acceptance and your spot will be filled from our waiting list.

All payments must be made to Sam Houston State University by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Electronic Check. If accepted, you will be provided with an online payment link, all payments MUST be made electronically.
