Technical Assistance

The Texas Center for Policing Innovation utilizes a cadre of community policing academicians, practitioners, and community organizers to develop and deliver our services. Because of the availability of these resources, we are positioned well to offer assistance to address specific issues that arise with community policing implementation. Such services include consultation to:

• Leverage data to identify problems
• Prioritize problems
• Assist in problem solving
• Facilitate focus groups to enhance community engagement
